Team Recognition
We strive to make our Thibodaux Regional team members feel appreciated for their contribution to excellence in patient care. We have developed an extensive reward and recognition system that reinforces patient-centered excellence and supports Thibodaux Regional’s mission, vision, and values. One of the ways that we recognize team members for their outstanding contributions to the hospital is selection as Thibodaux Regional Team Member of the Month. Additionally, each year, we honor a Team Member, Manager, and Auxilian of the Year.
