Since 1929, Thibodaux Regional Medical Center has served the people of Lafourche and the surrounding region. Although the flame of our existance started small with the 26-bed St. Joseph Hospital, it always burned brightly. That flame has grown, both in size and brightness, as the facility grew and prospered into the innovative and technologically advanced 149-bed Medical Center that is taking Lafourche Parish into the 21st Century.
