Asparagus Chicken Soup

Ingredients:

  • 150g Chicken breast fillet
  • 1 teaspoon Egg white
  • 1 teaspoon Corn starch
  • 100g Asparagus
  • 3 cups Chicken stock
  • Salt and black pepper
  • Cilantro

Directions:

Thinly slice the chicken, and mix with egg white and starch. Cut asparagus into 2 cm sections. Bring the soup stock to a boil, and add in the asparagus. When the chicken soup stock is boiling again, add in the chicken. Add salt, pepper, and cook for 2 to 3 minutes until the chicken is cooked. Garnish with cilantro. Serves 3 to 4 people.
