Banana Apple Salad
Ingredients
1 large Banana, sliced
3/4 cup Raisins
1/2 cup Celery, chopped
2 large Apples, cored and diced
1/3 cup Toasted Walnuts
Dressing
3 ounces Orange Juice (frozen concentrate)
2 tablespoons Honey
1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
1 teaspoon Poppy Seeds
Cooking Directions
Combine banana, raisin, celery and apples in serving dish. Shake
together dressing ingredients. Pour dressing over salad and toss.
Top with toasted walnuts.
