Thibodaux Regional Receives Awards for Customer Service
Thibodaux Regional Medical Center is proud to announce that it was recently
recognized by two nationally-known companies for its commitment to patient
centered excellence. Thibodaux Regional received the awards at its
quarterly Leadership Development Institute held in August.
Rod Ganey, Ph.D., president and co-founder of Press, Ganey Associates, the
nation's leading patient satisfaction survey company, presented an award to
Thibodaux Regional for its outstanding continuous service performance and
commitment to providing the best possible quality of care.
Dr. Ganey recognized Thibodaux Regional for achieving and maintaining its
rank in the top 1% in the country in terms of patient satisfaction.
Thibodaux Regional is one of only seven hospitals to have received this
prestigious award from Press, Ganey in its 16 years of operation.
Additionally, Quint Studer, president of the Studer Group, a national company recognized as experts in health care customer service, awarded Thibodaux Regional its 2001 Firestarter Award for its commitment and continuous efforts to create a culture of excellence. Studer has only bestowed this award on three other facilities in the past seven years.
