Prepared Childbirth Classes
This series of classes helps couples encounter the labor and delivery process with the knowledge to make this an enjoyable experience. Classes focus on preparing expectant parents intellectually, emotionally and physically for childbirth. This course should be taken the last three months of pregnancy, but reservations should be made as early in the pregnancy as possible.
Baby Care Basics
Wednesday, July 7; 6 pm
Education Center
Class covers the characteristics of the newborn, physical care of the baby, early parenting and the role of the baby's doctor(s).
Diabetes & Dining Out

Breastfeeding Basics

A practical, informative program on the benefits of breast milk, how to breastfeed properly and how working mothers can succeed in breastfeeding.

Labor and Delivery Preparation Night

Education Center
This class familiarizes expectant parents with the hospital facilities and gives you a greater
understanding of what to expect during the labor and delivery process. All medical options for childbirth will be discussed, including epidurals and c-sections. This class is included as the third class in the Prepared Childbirth Series.
