Lewis Joins Medical staff

Thibodaux Regional Medical Center is pleased to announce the addition of David Lewis, MD, ophthalmologist, to the medical staff.

Dr. Lewis earned his doctor of medicine degree from the University of Alabama School of Medicine in Birmingham, Alabama. He completed his internship at Ochsner Medical Foundation Hospital in New Orleans, and performed his residency at Louisiana State University Medical Center and Ochsner Medical Foundation Hospital in New Orleans.

Thibodaux Regional is a modern, 149-bed acute care facility. As a regional referral center, the hospital offers a broad array of inpatient and outpatient care for the people of Lafourche and seven surrounding parishes. Highly specialized services offered include Heart Surgery, Radiation Oncology, Neurology, Neurosurgery, Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Pulmonology, Rheumatology, Women’s Services, Behavioral Health and Inpatient and Outpatient Physical Rehabilitation Services.
