The Medical Mall entrance serves as the main entrance to Thibodaux Regional. All patients requiring testing, hospitalization, or same-day surgery procedures should enter the hospital through the Medical Mall. Visitors may use either entrance to the hospital.

A number of services are available in the two-story structure, such as same-day surgery, a Center for Digestive Disorders, surgery and outpatient lobby areas, a 16-bed critical care unit (CCU), the Cardiac Catheterization Center and a spacious Cardiac Rehabilitation Facility.

Patient registration has been streamlined with six comfortable and private registration offices which make it easier than ever to receive medical services. Pre-admission testing, including Laboratory, Radiology and EKG services, is all located in one place, providing a coordinated team response to caring for you and your family. The Mall also houses Thibodaux Regional Administration and a spacious Education Center.
