Thibodaux Regional and Rouses promote healthy lifestyles As part of our commitment to keeping our community well into the future, Thibodaux Regional Medical Center has partnered with Rouses Supermarkets to provide Healthy Lifestyles, a free community program designed to promote healthy food and nutritional habits. As part of Healthy Lifestyles, store tours are being offered to teach nutrition label reading, healthy food choices and healthy cooking. Clinical dietitian Kristyl Vicknair, LDN, RD, will be hosting the tours. Upcoming store tour dates are as follows: Friday, January 14, 10 am, Rouses Market (North Canal Blvd.); Saturday, February 5, 10 am, Rouses Supermarket (Audubon Ave.). A healthy cooking demonstration also will be held at the Annual Rouses Food, Home and Health Show at the Houma-Terrebonne Civic Center on March 18.
