Sanchez Named Director of Pharmacy

Thibodaux Regional Medical Center has named Monica Sanchez, R.Ph, as Director of Pharmacy. She completed a pre-pharmacy program at Nicholls State University and received a Bachelor of Science degree in pharmacy from Xavier University in New Orleans in 1990. Previously, Sanchez worked as a staff pharmacist at Thibodaux Regional for the past nine years.

Thibodaux Regional is a modern, 149-bed acute care facility. As a regional referral center, the hospital offers a broad array of inpatient and outpatient care for the people of Lafourche and seven surrounding parishes. Highly specialized services offered include Cardiology, Heart Surgery, Oncology, Neurology, Neurosurgery, Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Pulmonology, Rheumatology, Behavioral Health, Obstetrics and Inpatient and Outpatient Physical Rehabilitation Services.
