A simple path:

1. You start with a simple, 15-minute phone call. We will ask you about your symptoms and history so we can understand the challenges you may be facing.

2. Our doctors review your information and develop a treatment plan tailored to your specific needs.

3. Within three days, our Nurse Navigator contacts you to discuss your customized treatment plan. We will schedule your appointment and get your treatment started.

4. Our Nurse Navigator will check in with you to be sure your treatment is working.

5. You’ll continue treatment or change direction if necessary.
