Thibodaux Regional Medical Center Receives Another National Award in Patient Satisfaction

Thibodaux, LA, February 17, 2009 - Thibodaux Regional Medical Center is proud to announce that Press Ganey Associates, a nationally recognized customer satisfaction surveyor, has named Thibodaux Regional a 2008 Summit Award Winner for Outpatient Services. The Summit Award recognizes the top performing hospitals that sustain the highest level of patient satisfaction for three or more consecutive years. Press Ganey’s Summit Award is one of the most coveted symbols of patient satisfaction achievement in the healthcare industry and Thibodaux Regional is honored to be one of only 12 hospitals in the nation and the only hospital in Louisiana to receive this prestigious designation.
