Customized Treatment Plans
Over the course of our lives we all experience problems or difficulties.
Even with the help of friends and family, we may find that we are unable
to resolve them. Some of these problems might include:
- Chronic or acute medical problems
- Changes or conflict with family or friends
- Marital conflict
- Divorce or widowhood
- Job status changes
- Retirement
- Loss of friends
- Family or social support
- Changes in mood
- Trouble sleeping
- Loss of appetite
- Digestion problems
- Reduced energy levels
Members of our team are highly trained mental health professionals who
have broad experience in the treatment of cognitive, emotional, and behavioral
disorders. The team includes psychiatrists, social workers, nurses, therapists,
occupational therapists, and technicians.
Outpatient Counseling
Counseling is an opportunity to seek solutions, learn coping skills, and
promote behavior change in order to manage or resolve problems. Regular
counseling sessions are available for patients age 16 and over. Frequency
and type of counseling are tailored to best meet the needs of the individual.
No referral needed.
Intensive Outpatient Program
Outpatient services offer the advantages of intensive treatment while allowing
the individual to return home at night. This program provides more in-depth
treatment for patients with more persistent psychiatric symptoms. The
program is ideal for patients with a history of relapse or those "stepping
down" from a hospital stay for treatment of disorders. The Intensive
Outpatient Program is designed to achieve short-term stabilization with
a long-term goal of managing the disorder. The Treatment plan may include
individual therapy sessions as well as group sessions. Families are encouraged
to participate in the plan of care.
Inpatient Behavioral Health
Inpatient Behavioral Health Care provides intensive inpatient, medical
and psychiatric treatment. Patients must be 40 years old or older who
suffer from a primary psychiatric disorder. Treatment and balance for
both physical and mental health are sought in order for the patient to
return to their normal routine as soon as possible. A typical treatment
plan includes aftercare appointments once the patient has been discharged.
Nursing home placement services are also available.
