Thibodaux Regional Cancer Institute Festival of Hope

As the region’s leader in providing high quality, compassionate cancer care, Thibodaux Regional is also committed to helping increase awareness, provide education and screenings and raise funds in the fight against cancer.

Cancer affects the lives of so many and there is no place like home when a person—and their family members—are coping with cancer. Statistics indicate that Louisiana has one of the highest incidence and mortality rates in the United States.

The second annual Thibodaux Regional Cancer Institute Festival of Hope being held on April 22 and April 27 will include a golf tournament, a 5K Run/Walk, and a musical concert with proceeds benefiting cancer patients.

Each event is designed to offer hope and inspiration as well as honor cancer survivors and their families.

In addition to the Run and Concert on April 27, the Festival will feature Food Vendors, Carnival Games with Prizes, Sports Tournaments, Face Painting, and Bounce Houses. The Petting Zoo will be open from 10 am - 2 pm only.

Gate opens at 9 am. Music by The Groove at 10 am; Kenedi and Soul Survivors at 1 pm; Cancer Survivor Tribute prior to The Lena Prima Band at 3 pm. Be sure to bring a lawn chair or blanket.
