Call Department of Children & Family Services (DCFS) for all cases
in Louisiana to the Intake Coordinator via a 24-hour Hotline at 1-855-452-5437.
When reporting child abuse/neglect, the Intake Coordinator will want to know:
- Where the child lives - parish and address
- Who the caretaker is
- Who has custody
- Exact cause of suspicion
- Location of marks
- Statements of child and caregiver
